Best Home Furnishing is seeking qualified individuals for Packing/Mechanism Assembly. Essential functions of the job include the following: Assemble metal parts using nuts, screws, and bolts to form a mechanism ready for installation Add correct sides Use of impact and battery torque guns Install drive tube and springs Stack mechanism on floor Pack and/or assemble units Staple bags and hand tape when packing Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Repetitive pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and bending

• Ability to use a screw impact

• Maintain consistent work pace.

• Able to work scheduled hours on a regular basis, which could include overtime

• Ability to cross train in different functions within the department

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work within a team

• Lifting weight:  100 lbs. maximum   60 lbs. – frequent
